Hey, friend. I lost over 50lbs in 2019 and I continue to lose inches off my waist. I did it by changing my lifestyle. I replaced unhealthy stress relief activities with healthy stress relief activities like walking, drinking more water, getting more sleep and eating more healthful foods. I never felt like I gave anything up since I took a lifestyle change approach to weight loss. In this video I share my top 5 tips. I personally strive to reach these goals daily. In some areas I reach the goals 90% of the time and in others I might be batting more of a 50% success rate. But all these things build upon each other and lead to long lasting results.
